Junior Institutional Rates Sales Associate

Position Overview:

The bank is on the lookout for a driven junior professional to become a part of their Institutional Rates Sales division. This position presents a unique opportunity to advance your career in the field of Interest Rate Derivatives sales.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in the sale of Interest Rate Derivatives offerings.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of European Institutional clients.
  • Creating and managing your own client portfolio within the European market.
  • Providing support to senior team members during client engagements and travel, ensuring uninterrupted client service.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in the sales of Interest Rate Derivatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Interest Rate Products.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a proactive client-focused approach.
  • Willingness to relocate if not currently based in Frankfurt.

To thrive in this role, you should be highly motivated, possess strong communication abilities, and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A collaborative spirit and the ability to foster strong client relationships are essential.
