Wir entfesseln die Möglichkeiten von Kaffee und Tee in mehr als 100 Ländern mit einem Portfolio von über 50 Marken, darunter Jacobs, Senseo, Tassimo, L'OR, Douwe Egberts, OldTown, Super, Pickwick und Moccona.

Als Planning & Logistics Manager (w|m|d) in unserem Berliner Kaffeewerk erwarten Sie u.a. folgende Aufgaben:

* Maßgeblicher Beitrag zum Continuous Improvement Prozess und Leitung des Flow Pillars
* Verantwortlich für die Steuerung und das Management von externen Logistikdienstleistern
* Optimierung des End to End Prozesses inkl. Bestandsmanagement, Materialflow, Produktionsplanung, Intralogistik und Kundenservice
* Führungsverantwortung für die Mitarbeitenden der Bereiche Logistik, Kundenservice, Planung
* Budgetverantwortung
* Leitung von Verbesserungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten, um das Werk auf die Bedürfnisse der Zukunft auszurichten
* Teil einer internationalen Supply Chain Organisation

Qualifikationen

Für diese Rolle als Planning & Logistics Manager (w|m|d) suchen wir jemanden, der die folgenden Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen hat:

* Bachelor (w/m/d)-Abschluss im Ingenieurwesen oder in einem verwandten Bereich
* Einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Betrieb, Lieferkette, Logistik und Fertigung (idealerweise in der Konsumgüterindustrie)
* Mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
* Erfahrung im Lieferkettenmanagement und in einer funktionsübergreifenden internationalen Zusammenarbeit
* Umfangreiche MS Office-Kenntnisse
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
