Global Accounting Manager

CTG Consulting GmbH is a leading provider of specialized consulting services in the dynamic field of finance and accounting. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Accounting Manager to join our growing team.

As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our global accounting processes. You will collaborate closely with our international teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely and insightful financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline accounting procedures across all subsidiaries within the Group.
  • Ensure strict adherence to national and international tax regulations, working in tandem with our Tax Manager and local advisors.
  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements, collaborating effectively with the finance team.
  • Actively participate in strategic finance initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of the Finance Roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, facilitating smooth and efficient audit processes.
  • Coordinate tax audits and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Manage cash flow effectively, overseeing payment runs and bank account administration.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a recognized professional qualification in accounting, such as CPA or a similar certification.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience leading accounting teams and managing international accounting operations.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP accounting standards.
  • Possess extensive experience with German and international tax regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct tax audits, and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language proficiency is an advantage.
