About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, prioritize, organize, and monitor customer requests via phone hotline and JIRA ticket system
  • Analyze and resolve system errors, and report to team leadership
  • Communicate actively with internal customers
  • Collaborate closely with our 3rd level support team in the IT department
  • Perform system testing
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge database on SAP and e-Patient-Akte topics
  • Participate in projects and other tasks as needed

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, medicine, or IT, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in using SAP and/or e-Patient-Akte systems
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
  • A strong interest in IT topics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally
  • Knowledge of ticket systems and Excel is an asset
