Technical Expert - HR Case Management (m/f/x)
DHL is hiring a BPO technical specialist in Global Digitalization and Tools team of HR Services, GBS. The person will lead, execute and support (smaller) technical projects and initiatives for the global team, with primary focus on Germany and EMEA. The BPO technical specialist also cooperates with the regions to identify and manage improvement, transformation, and digitalization projects.

Your tasks
- Support the creation of business case analysis for identified improvement opportunities.
- Prepare proposals for decisions and solutions for harmonization and improvement of processes related to HR Case Management (Global Case Management and Ticketing solution within HR Services).
- Aligning changes, proposals and solutions with regional representatives and local power users of case management; primary focus on Germany and EMEA.
- Document, manage and drive the assigned (smaller) projects and initiatives under observance of Project Management standards (i.e. PRINCE, PMI, Scrum, First Choice/SixSigma, Design Thinking).
- Support the identification and implementation of change management measures as part of the respective global HR projects.
- Prepare training and process documentation, focusing on using HR Case Management solution.
- Provide trainings and support to local users, focus Germany and EMEA.
- Support regions with business development efforts related to case management, from proposal creation to implementation of the solution.
- xBU, xCountry communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, for example local HRS agents, management, HR representative, IT, etc.
- Collaboration with external service providers (consultants, software providers, etc.).
Your profile
- Higher education with a technical degree, for example Computer Science / IT
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a cross cultural and international environment
- At least 2 years of experience of (IT-) project management experience
- Knowledge of Agile and process improvement methodologies is preferable
- Knowledge of HR processes and Shared Service Center environments is preferable
- Prior experience in working with and/or managing ticket-related processes or workflows will be prioritized
- Comprehensive understanding of systems design, information technology, enterprise architecture and information integration
- Experience of data modelling for BI reporting and APIs is beneficial
- Fluent English and German is required for the job; additional languages are beneficial
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive controlling priorities forward without continuous involvement of supervisor
- Business user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
