Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the availability of systems and provide technical support as needed
- Provide 1st level basic support for user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Execute and coordinate open tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain and document knowledge database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Generate regular ITSM reports to track system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and update solution documentation to ensure that technical information is readily available
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in support or user helpdesk
- Experience in analyzing and eliminating hardware malfunctions at workstations
- Knowledge of client area with Windows 8, 10, Office, and ideally Citrix
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a 2-shift system
