Sales Manager – Polymer coatings and surface protection solutions
Sigas GmbH, a prominent player in the industrial protective coatings sector, is in search of a seasoned Sales Manager specializing in the Corrosion Protection domain to oversee our sales engineering team. Our innovative approach enables us to design and manufacture top-tier corrosion-resistant coatings, linings, and flooring solutions tailored for diverse applications. The exceptional characteristics of our offerings include remarkable chemical and abrasion resistance, as well as outstanding weatherability. We provide a comprehensive range of polymer coating, lining, and flooring products that exhibit some of the highest performance metrics in the global market, fulfilling our clients' needs with efficient and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Direct and supervise a team of sales engineers and distribution partners Formulate and execute sales and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue Discover new business prospects and grow existing accounts through innovative B2B sales strategies Prepare and present technical proposals, conduct customer visits, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements, utilizing strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective sales support and high customer satisfaction.
