We offer a comprehensive range of polymer-based products that stand out for their superior performance in the global market, fulfilling our clients' needs with efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers and distribution partners.
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing revenue.
- Discover new business prospects and grow existing accounts through innovative B2B sales techniques.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitive landscape within the corrosion protection sector.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Strategic thinking with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
- An established international network within the corrosion protection industry is a plus.
- A degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar fields, along with studies or training in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines is preferred.
