Sales Manager - Polymer Coatings and Surface Protection Solutions
Sigas GmbH, a leading company active in the field of industrial protective coating systems, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Corrosion Protection Industry to lead our team of sales engineers.
We innovatively design and produce high-performance corrosion protection coatings, linings, and floorings for various industries. Our products are characterized by exceptional chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and weatherability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and distributors to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations, visit customers/sites, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure seamless sales and support.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition in the corrosion protection industry.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales management, preferably in the industrial protective coatings industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
