The unique characteristics of our products include exceptional chemical resistance, durability against abrasion, and resilience to environmental factors. We provide a wide range of polymer-based products that exhibit top-tier performance attributes, fulfilling our clients' needs through efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with senior formulation scientists in the planning and execution of research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing existing and developing new polymer adhesives, coatings, and linings.
- Facilitating and documenting technical collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engaging in various research and product development activities, including material sourcing, laboratory-scale production processes, material characterization testing, and quality assurance.
- Supporting the sales and commercial teams by managing technical projects in collaboration with clients.
- Identifying effective and competitive solutions to client challenges using sound engineering principles and existing company literature.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns from various internal and external sources regarding products, testing, applications, and development, thereby aiding the swift and successful market introduction of new products.
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
- High adaptability to work across different departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, formulation scientists, sales representatives, suppliers, and clients.
- Ability to research and interpret technical literature and gain insights into competitive technologies.
- Basic laboratory experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
- Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
