Role Overview

Since launching our services in Germany, we have witnessed remarkable growth in the market. Currently, we collaborate with thousands of restaurant partners across major cities and are continuously looking to expand into new areas and sectors.

At Wolt, our success hinges on our restaurant partnerships. Without restaurants, we cannot attract customers, and without customers, we cannot engage couriers. Therefore, effective restaurant operations are vital to our achievements in every market. Your role as the Sales Team Lead for the Northern Region will involve overseeing our restaurant acquisition efforts and leading a team of Restaurant Partnership Managers.

Your primary responsibility will be to enhance Wolt's restaurant portfolio by identifying and onboarding suitable new venues. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will pinpoint key focus areas for growth. Your extensive sales expertise will empower you to provide essential tools, coaching, and support to your team, ensuring their development and performance are optimized. You will also establish strong communication channels with the Restaurant Onboarding & Support Team Leads, who will assist in integrating the partners your team secures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Restaurant Acquisition Team in the northern region, setting clear KPIs, managing sales performance, and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the sales team to identify market gaps and opportunities, including targeting restaurants that align with Wolt's vision and exploring potential new markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key restaurant partners and systematically manage the sales pipeline in your territory.
  • Negotiate terms with key partners and assess potential venue performance to establish profitable agreements.
  • Make informed business decisions supported by data analysis.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team growth.
  • Exemplify Wolt's values and behaviors through your leadership.
