Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer needs and design tailored technical solutions.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of tenders.
  • Coordinate solutions with various departments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on pricing and concept development.
  • Prepare proposals, including calculations using CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Word, and Excel.
  • Compile and prepare necessary documentation, such as technical diagrams and solution descriptions.
  • Review, edit, and finalize orders.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database and related activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to pre-sales support.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a technical field or business with a technical focus (e.g., IT systems management, media technology, medical technology, business administration, industrial engineering).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Preferred experience of 3+ years in a relevant role.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Experience in tendering processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is beneficial.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-organization, and reliability.
