Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on our platform.
  • Tender Analysis: Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Solution Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
  • Offer Preparation: Prepare and present offers to customers, including pricing and technical specifications.
  • Support Documentation: Develop and maintain supporting documents, such as technical diagrams and solution descriptions.
  • Order Review: Review and edit orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Database Management: Update our CRM system with customer information and sales data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as IT systems management, media technology, or medical technology.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in sales or technical support.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with knowledge of French a plus.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
