Key Responsibilities- Evaluate customer needs and design tailored technical solutions.
- Manage the preparation of bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with various departments to align solutions.
- Coordinate pricing and concepts with the sales team.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including calculations using CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Word, and Excel.
- Compile and create supporting documentation such as technical diagrams and solution descriptions.
- Review, edit, and finalize orders.
- Maintain and update our CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and related activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to pre-sales support.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
- Educational background in a technical field or business with a technical focus (e.g., IT systems management, media technology, medical technology, business administration, industrial engineering).
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English and German is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Experience in tendering processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-management, and reliability.
