Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure suitable office spaces for use as coworking facilities and business centers.
  • Establish and maintain a robust network with real estate companies, property developers, brokerage firms, landlords, and property owners.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring prime locations.
  • Engage and attract partners and franchisees for the operation of flexible office offerings and coworking spaces.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in sales.
  • At least 5 years of proven success in a sales role.
  • Demonstrated track record in building sustainable business relationships.
  • Strong results orientation and closing skills (hunter mentality).
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
