About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Technology & Strategy. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our Strasbourg branch in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: You will be responsible for defining and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing and retaining a strong customer portfolio.
  • Management: You will lead a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals and develop their skills.
  • Recruitment of Consultants: You will work closely with our HR team to source and recruit top talent, conduct interviews, and negotiate contracts.

Requirements

  • You are a graduate of a Business School or a Master in Sales or Sales Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of success in business development.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a tenacious approach to achieving goals.
  • You are fluent in English (Level C1).
