Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at SRG, a leading international company specializing in resin systems, adhesive products, and polyurethanes. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer portfolio, proactively hunting for new business opportunities, and working closely with our sales and development departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with our sales and development teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Attend client visits and meetings to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with senior management to strategize pricing and sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Business or commercially-focused educational background
  • Strong sales experience, preferably in the polyurethanes industry
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as required
