FPA & Controlling Manager (m/f/d) - Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Finance Executive Team to provide strategic and operational insights to inform key business decisions.
- Manage and transform the financial closing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives.
- Provide analytical support to inform top management decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with complex, unstructured tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different seniority levels.
- Fluency in English.
