About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FPA & Controlling Manager to join our Finance & Legal department at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis, ensuring transparency and accuracy in our financial processes, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Provide analytical support to the CFO and Executive team on strategic initiatives and financial performance
  • Manage and transform financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools and technologies
  • Fluency in English
