Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled FPA & Controlling Manager to join our Finance & Legal department at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis, controlling, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions, leveraging data to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and transform financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the CFO and Executive team, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to drive process improvements.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to organize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
