Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek and engage potential new members
  • Meet and exceed revenue objectives for your designated membership sector, contributing to the club's overall success
  • Act as the club's representative to prospective members
  • Oversee and update member information
  • Assist the Membership & Club Team in various initiatives
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns, manage data, and perform market research
  • Compile and present statistical data and reports
Qualifications:
  • Completed education in hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer retention and new client acquisition
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and accountability
  • Fluency in German and English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational prowess, and a passion for sales
  • Competent in research, data management, and processing tasks
