Position Overview

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our innovative SPREAD Engineering Intelligence Graph, which illustrates the functionality of mechatronic systems. This solution, combined with our analytics hub, integrates all product data, providing engineers across various sectors with a clear understanding of critical dependencies within their workflows. Since 2019, SPREAD has been actively expanding into diverse industries.

Your Role

Are you prepared to take on the challenge as a Senior Sales Executive for Enterprise Solutions, focusing on large clients, particularly in the automotive sector? We are looking for a seasoned strategist who excels at engaging with C-level executives and successfully cultivates and develops client relationships.

  • You will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to the successful closure of our SaaS agreements.
  • With your entrepreneurial spirit, you will devise creative and effective strategies to exceed your ambitious sales targets.
  • By networking strategically with CTOs and other high-level decision-makers, as well as through proactive outreach, you will build a robust professional network.
  • You will ensure accurate sales forecasts through diligent documentation in our CRM system.
  • In close collaboration with our technical pre-sales and value teams, you will create exceptional customer experiences.
Your Qualifications
  • You possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within relevant industries such as automotive or aviation.
  • You have experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business opportunities, utilizing frameworks such as SPIN or MEDDIC.
  • You understand complex sales cycles and work with clients to define specific, value-added solutions with high scalability potential.
  • You communicate confidently and effectively at the C-level and independently lead complex negotiations aimed at successful sales closures in the enterprise segment.
  • Your foresight and structured, efficient work style enable you to manage a wide range of sales opportunities simultaneously and prioritize them appropriately.
