As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by actively seeking new client opportunities, comprehending their needs, and fostering robust relationships through targeted outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Discovery & Qualification: Proactively identify potential clients through thorough research and prospecting efforts, assessing their needs and timelines to ensure alignment with our services.
  • Strategic Outreach: Engage prospective clients through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events to generate interest in our offerings and build connections.
  • Deal Conversion: Transform marketing leads into finalized agreements by evaluating fundamental financial aspects, negotiating initial contract terms, and maintaining momentum throughout the process.
  • Facilitating Engagement: Organize and lead meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring consistent follow-up to sustain engagement and stimulate interest.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and finalize contracts.
  • CRM Management & Feedback: Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date lead information, progress, and feedback, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine strategies based on real-time interactions.
  • Achieving Targets: Continuously strive to meet—and exceed—sales objectives, driving lead generation and securing meetings with potential clients.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through ongoing research, utilizing these insights to enhance outreach strategies and align solutions with client challenges.


What You'll Bring:
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years in roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Executive, Sales Manager, or a similar position.
  • Proven Sales Success: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to navigate complex negotiations and engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultivate lasting relationships that drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for face-to-face client meetings.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C2) and a strong command of English (C1).
