As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by actively seeking new client opportunities, comprehending their needs, and cultivating robust relationships through focused outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Discovery & Qualification: Actively identify potential clients through thorough research and prospecting efforts, assessing their needs and timelines to ensure alignment with our services.
  • Strategic Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels to generate interest in our offerings and build relationships.
  • Deal Conversion: Transform marketing leads into finalized agreements by evaluating essential financial aspects, negotiating initial contract terms, and maintaining momentum throughout the process.
  • Facilitating Engagement: Organize and lead meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring consistent follow-up to sustain engagement and stimulate interest.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with customers in person to strengthen relationships and finalize agreements.
  • CRM Management & Feedback: Maintain the CRM system with lead details, progress, and feedback, while collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine strategies based on real-time interactions.
  • Achieving Targets: Consistently strive to meet—and exceed—sales goals, driving lead generation and securing meetings with prospective clients.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through ongoing research, utilizing these insights to enhance outreach strategies and align solutions with client challenges.


What You'll Bring:
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years in roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Executive, Sales Manager, or a similar position.
  • Proven Sales Success: A strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to navigate complex negotiations and engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and foster enduring relationships that contribute to successful sales outcomes.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients in person.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C2) and a strong command of English (C1).
