Sales Manager

Your Role
Oversee the sales operations and key accounts within your designated area under the mentorship of the Sales Director for Hygiene Europe, ensuring the enhancement of existing business relationships and customer satisfaction. Assist in the sales processes related to the product line and provide valuable insights to optimize back-office operations. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director for Europe to share the responsibility of meeting sales targets and profitability goals, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the performance of your sales territory and clientele. Act as a support function for contract negotiations and pricing strategies. Set and modify selling prices by analyzing costs, market competition, and supply-demand dynamics under the guidance of the Sales Director for Hygiene Europe. Engage in industry trade shows, customer events, and internal sales meetings to foster relationships and promote products. Assist in the preparation of sales documentation, presentations, and reporting.Your Qualifications
Preferably some experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the hygiene sector and including marketing. Strong change management capabilities. Excellent analytical and technical skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks. Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional European languages considered an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently, exceeding 30% of the time.What We Offer
