Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Volvo Group, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transportation industry, and society at large.

Network Development:

  • Identify opportunities for growth and devise strategies to enhance Volvo's presence in the market.
  • Continuously assess the performance and quality of existing partnerships while exploring new collaborations to elevate network standards.
  • Guide potential partners through the application process with confidence and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison, maintaining relationships with both clients and service providers.
  • Prepare investment proposals and decision-making documents, overseeing related projects.

Total Quality & Environmental Management (TQEM):

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure our processes and products meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct internal audits for our partner network, ensuring compliance with relevant quality and environmental systems; perform risk assessments and work on continuous process improvements.
  • Engage in energy audits and evaluate our qualitative requirements.
  • Prepare for external ISO certification audits, coordinating all involved parties.
  • Regularly review the legal status of our partners to prevent compliance issues.
  • Support and train our employees and partners on quality and environmental standards, sharing best practices and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on legal requirements in collaboration with external partners, serving as an internal resource for relevant inquiries.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and develop a team of dedicated experts.
  • Encourage collaboration and establish a strong performance orientation within the team.
  • Provide coaching and focus on the continuous development of team members.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in Business, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate audits, consulting, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards.
  • A solid understanding of legal frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the automotive or commercial vehicle sector is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A self-organized approach with a willingness to work flexibly, pursue ongoing education, and travel as needed.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and very good English skills (C1) in both written and spoken forms.
