About Telefónica Global Services GmbH:
Located in Ismaning, near Munich, Telefónica Global Services GmbH (TGS) serves as the Procurement Organization for Telefónica, employing 120 professionals. TGS oversees all global procurement activities for Telefónica, ensuring a seamless integration of local and international strategies.
Your Role:
- Lead Procurement Initiatives: You will independently manage purchasing, pricing, and contract negotiations for the Telefónica network sector, focusing on critical areas such as 5G core equipment, servers, transport systems, software, installation, and maintenance.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate closely with technical teams and global buyers to create and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Create Management Presentations: Design concepts, decision-making templates, and presentations for executive management.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work in partnership with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Manage Suppliers and Stakeholders: Oversee supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement within your designated categories.
- Monitor Contract Management: Utilize the global purchasing platform (GEP SMART) to create tenders and oversee the management of contracts through SAP.
Qualifications:
- You possess a degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline. While experience in procurement is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
- Your work style is structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
- You have a keen interest in technical aspects of procurement.
- Your negotiation skills enable you to build strong relationships with both technical teams and suppliers.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- You are fluent in both English and German, with Spanish as an additional asset.
- You have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
