Regional Channel Sales Director

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for HiTHIUM Energy Storage. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Responsible for developing the company's sales strategy and sales plan to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives and drive sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis, understand market trends, competitor dynamics, and formulate corresponding market strategies and business development plans to support the company's growth and expansion.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure that sales strategy and marketing activities are aligned to support the overall business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with customers, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel business with new energy industry
  • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
