Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Customer Intimacy: Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Price Negotiations: Effectively negotiate prices and terms with customers, ensuring that our company's interests are protected while meeting customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions, identify trends and opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data, and strong business acumen.
- Language: Fluency in English and German is required.
