**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team at Celltrion Healthcare Deutschland GmbH as a Business Development Director. This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our generic and chemical product pipeline in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a retail channel business unit to drive growth and expansion in the EU region.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify, evaluate, and acquire new generic and chemical products that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure our business remains competitive and compliant.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in business development and leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business or a related field, with a strong background in business development and leadership.
  • Experience in the generic and chemical product pipeline, with a strong understanding of the EU region market.
