Executive Director of Operations and Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and develop a lean organization, ensuring operational excellence and efficiencies across all company areas.
- Directly manage and coordinate Brand Operations, including interface management with Omnichannel Sales Operations, Business Processes & PMO, Supply Chain, Project Management, Digital/IT, and steer them through focused target setting and execution monitoring.
- Continuously improve and develop a learning organization, optimizing operational processes into best practices.
- Collaborate with C-Level executives and peers to execute the organizational vision, mission, strategy, and company culture.
- Manage capital investments and expenses to ensure the company achieves its financial targets relative to growth and profitability in the most cost-effective way.
- Optimize the company's end-to-end supply chain in terms of costs, quality, and on-time delivery, reducing risks on a constant basis.
- Monitor performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and create KPI-based reporting structures for current and forecasting purposes.
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention in the area of responsibility, developing existing teams and future talents.
Requirements:
- Studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar education, such as Business Administration, with an excellent technical understanding.
- Profound years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment.
- High leadership experience regarding interdisciplinary international teams and complex matrix organizations.
- Management track record in family-owned companies is appreciated.
- Excellent English and German skills.
