Director of Commercial Strategy

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Define and continuously optimize product innovation, pricing strategy, assortment planning (global/regional), and line efficiency, ensuring alignment with the brand's D.S.F. principles in collaboration with Global Product Management.
- Establish and execute the brand vision and proposition for Cybex HOME, ensuring it aligns with the overall Cybex brand to position Cybex as a leading name in HOME/FURNITURE solutions within the juvenile industry.
- Create a strategic marketing roadmap, manage a dedicated budget to enhance consumer connection and experience, and increase brand awareness and demand.
- Design a long-term global omnichannel distribution strategy for Cybex HOME, focusing on increasing market penetration, creating benchmark retail experiences, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing commercial relationships with distributors, retailers, and Cybex-owned channels, as well as developing new distribution channels.
- Build and implement processes for a consumer-centric Business Unit organization model at Cybex.
- Oversee the successful commercial launch by rapidly hiring and managing a high-potential global Cybex HOME team to execute the strategy and ensure effective implementation.
- Collaborate with critical departments within Cybex, ensuring alignment with operational teams for smooth business operations.
- Facilitate transparency and knowledge sharing through regular team meetings, market visits, and business updates, collaborating with functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment.
Your profile of qualification:
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in premium or luxury segments and high-end specialty retail is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in omnichannel sales, including local retailers, cooperatives, multinational sales organizations, and E-Commerce.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a proven track record in stakeholder management and experience in matrix and cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and goals.
- Significant experience in a senior commercial management role within the furniture, durable goods, or consumer packaged goods industry.
- Willingness to travel as required.
