Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global business strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, and to optimize existing ones.
- Collaborate with our global product management team to define and execute product innovation and style strategies.
- Develop and manage dedicated budgets to enable best target consumers' connection and experience, raise brand awareness and demand.
- Design and implement a long-term global omnichannel distribution strategy to increase Cybex penetration in key markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing commercial relations with distributors, retailers, and Cybex owned channels.
- Build and lead a high-performing global team to drive the execution of our strategy and secure implantation into the organization.
- Partner with other business critical departments to ensure close alignment and smooth business operations.
- Ensure transparency and business knowledge through regular team meetings, market visits, and business updates.
Requirements:
- English fluent, additional language is a plus.
- Experience in premium or luxury segments and high-end specialty retail strongly preferred.
- Profound experience in omnichannel sales, local special retailers, and dealers, cooperatives, multinational sales organizations, and e-commerce.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, proven track record in stake-holder management, experience in matrix and cross-functional teams.
- High verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate strategies and goals.
- Strong experience in a senior commercial management position within the furniture/durable goods/consumer packaged goods industry.
- Willingness to travel.
