We are currently seeking a Claims Administrator in the Service Center to join our team. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for handling claims and providing excellent customer service. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim processing
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in claims administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
