Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled problem solver to take on the role of Senior Claims Professional within the claims Call Center Team at Workstation Customer Care. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively address customer service claims issues and provide tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional service delivery to providers through the call center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies, claim results, benefit entitlements, and general client issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism while interacting with clients, fostering a positive relationship with each caller.
  • Respond to complex and challenging inquiries from both internal and external customers promptly and accurately.
  • Assist the claims supervisor with escalated calls, ensuring effective resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Empathetic listener with strong persuasive communication skills.
  • High level of personal accountability and responsibility.
  • Ability to leverage expertise to contribute effectively.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
