Claims Processor (m/f/d) - Motor Vehicle Insurance

As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for the proficient management of claims related to motor vehicle liability and comprehensive insurance, prioritizing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Effectively assess and make independent decisions regarding claims within your designated authority.
• Engage in negotiations with policyholders, claimants, legal representatives, repair shops, and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.
• Identify potential recovery opportunities and fraudulent activities while adhering to legal regulations.
• Maintain active oversight of claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Your Qualifications:

• Educational background in insurance, finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in processing motor vehicle claims and detecting fraudulent activities.
• Adept at communicating with various parties involved in accident claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused with strong negotiation and communication skills.
