Job Summary

WorldFirst is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering exceptional customer service to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a portfolio of key accounts and deliver quality support services to meet customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Provide solutions to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Make proactive outreach to customers to address outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a financial institution or transaction processor, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex customer issues.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with a strong understanding of global business practices and cultural nuances.
