About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at SimScale. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to successful deal closure. Your entrepreneurial spirit and creative approach will enable you to develop effective strategies to meet and exceed ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closure
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with our technical Pre-Sales and Customer Success Teams to create outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop strategic account mapping to achieve sustainable growth in key accounts
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English
  • At least 5+ years of experience in selling software to engineering organizations
  • Experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business opportunities
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to define specific solutions with added value
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead complex sales discussions with C-level executives
