At Endava, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and establish our company as the go-to brand for IT Professional Services expertise. As a key member of our DACHs team, you'll focus on generating leads, prospecting, and securing new clients to propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging your expertise to showcase our services and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential target clients, utilizing lead generation strategies, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Execute the sales process from lead acquisition to closing deals, ensuring seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic new business deals, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and complex challenges, positioning yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within your vertical.
  • Participate in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share your expertise and insights, solidifying Endava's thought leadership in the industry.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of new business development experience focused on selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services.
  • Proven track record of success in leading strategic new business development initiatives, driving sales opportunities for large enterprise clients.
  • Strong sales-driven background, with experience prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating, and closing contracts.
  • Ability to identify industry pain points and engage with VP or C-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed $5M+ quota per year.
  • Fluent verbal and written German and English.
