As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales within a defined territory, focusing on the Molecular Biology and Sample Prep portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners within the assigned territory, focusing on customer happiness, revenue, and margin growth.
- Coordinate the entire sales process for assigned accounts and products.
- Develop a deep technical knowledge of assigned products within the portfolio of responsibility, as well as a strong understanding of the features and benefits of competition's products.
- Champion the use of SalesForce (CRM) for accurate territory management.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding the sales plan by maintaining existing business and developing new relationships.
- Ensure local/country business requirements are met while aligning with business unit goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Life Sciences. PhD would be a plus.
- Proficient in English and German written and oral, additional languages preferable.
- Previous laboratory experience preferred.
- Previous sales/tele sales experience preferred.
- General knowledge of product portfolio.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Application of problem-solving and multi-tasking techniques.
- Ability to develop technical knowledge across a broad range of complex products.
- Solid understanding and application of MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent business acumen.
