The ATS team is responsible for overseeing this network, ensuring that every order, regardless of size, is delivered promptly, accurately, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Business Coach for our Middle Mile team. This role involves managing relationships with Linehaul Service Providers (LSPs) and ensuring their success through effective onboarding and training programs. The selected candidate will:
  • Deliver exceptional support to LSPs with scalable tracking methodologies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address and manage operational challenges.
  • Identify, develop, and enhance strategies for the LSP onboarding and training processes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to boost efficiency across individual LSPs and the overall supply chain.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership regarding training effectiveness and operational health.

They should be capable of adapting quickly to changing circumstances and relish the opportunity to refine and enhance processes within a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Travel and Adaptability
Willingness to undertake business travel and the capacity to operate in dynamic and ambiguous situations are crucial for this role.

Team Overview
The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team is integral to our operational success. By utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, we ensure that Amazon's transportation operations run efficiently. Our team leverages data to inform decision-making, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. We prioritize safety, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset, and we harness their expertise to ensure swift, convenient, and sustainable package delivery.

Basic Qualifications
  • A degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
  • Relevant experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps).
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in supply chain and/or transportation.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end delivery processes and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Experience in process development, project management, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
