Key Responsibilities:
We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to serve as a Business Coach for the Middle Mile team, focusing on managing Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensuring their success. This role involves overseeing LSP readiness through comprehensive onboarding and training programs, as well as auditing processes that support standardized operations. We are looking for exceptional candidates who can:
  • Deliver top-tier support for LSPs with scalable tracking mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with teams to address and manage operational challenges.
  • Identify, develop, and enhance strategies for the LSP onboarding and training processes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to boost efficiency across individual LSPs and the overall supply chain.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership regarding health and training proficiency.
  • Partner with various teams to advise on and tackle operational issues.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and adept at working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. They should possess the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and thrive in the dynamic environment of process development and improvement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Willingness to travel for business and the capacity to navigate dynamic and ambiguous situations are crucial.

About the Team:
The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is integral to our operational success. As part of ATS, you will join a diverse group that plays a vital role in our achievements. Utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, you will contribute to maximizing the efficiency of Amazon's transportation operations. Our team captures data and leverages it to inform decision-making, making Amazon more innovative and efficient. We prioritize safety, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset, and we utilize their expertise to ensure swift, convenient, and sustainable package delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
  • Relevant experience in program or project management.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).
  • Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvement.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supply chain and/or transportation.
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
