About the Role
The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Team oversees the logistics network for Amazon, ensuring that every customer order, regardless of size, is delivered promptly, accurately, and cost-effectively.
To achieve this, ATS is dedicated to continuous innovation and providing a premier experience through the development of groundbreaking products and services in the middle mile sector.
Key Responsibilities
We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Business Coach for the Middle Mile team. This role involves managing relationships with Linehaul Service Providers (LSPs) and ensuring their success through effective onboarding and training programs.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver exceptional support for LSPs through a scalable tracking system.
- Collaborate with various teams to address and manage operational challenges.
- Identify, create, and enhance strategies for LSP onboarding and training processes.
- Analyze and interpret data to boost efficiency across individual LSPs and the overall supply chain.
- Provide regular reports to leadership regarding health and training effectiveness.
- Work alongside other teams to tackle operational hurdles.

About the Team
The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is vital to our operational success. As part of ATS, you will join a diverse group that plays a crucial role in our achievements. Utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, you will contribute to maximizing the efficiency of Amazon's transportation operations.
Our team harnesses data to inform decisions, driving innovation and efficiency within Amazon. We prioritize safety, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset, and we leverage their expertise to ensure packages reach their destinations swiftly, conveniently, and sustainably.
Basic Qualifications
- A degree.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
- Relevant experience in program or project management.
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven track record in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps).
- Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data to identify improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain and/or transportation.
- Experience in managing end-to-end delivery and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
- Experience in process building, project management, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
