Key Responsibilities:
We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to take on the role of Business Coach for the Middle Mile team. This position involves managing relationships with Linehaul Service Providers (LSPs) and ensuring their success through effective onboarding and training programs, as well as audit processes that support standardized operations. We are looking for exceptional candidates who can:
  • Deliver top-tier support for LSPs with scalable tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to address and manage operational challenges.
  • Identify, develop, and enhance strategies for LSP onboarding and training.
  • Analyze and interpret data to boost efficiency across individual LSPs and the entire supply chain.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on training proficiency and operational health.
  • Work alongside other teams to advise on and manage operational challenges.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. They should be adaptable, able to pivot quickly, and enjoy the complexities of refining and enhancing processes within a dynamic environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel for business and the capability to operate in dynamic and ambiguous situations are crucial.

About the Team:
The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team is vital to our operational success. As part of ATS, you will join a diverse group that plays a key role in our achievements. Utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, you will contribute to maximizing the efficiency of Amazon's transportation operations. Our team collects data and employs it to inform decision-making, driving innovation and efficiency at Amazon. We prioritize safety, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset, and we leverage their expertise to ensure packages reach their destinations swiftly, conveniently, and sustainably.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
  • Relevant experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps).
  • Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvement.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supply chain and/or transportation.
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in process building, project management, and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
