Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen Sales Operations Lead (m/w/d), der unser Team im Bereich Supply Chain Management verstärkt. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Leitung des operativen Einkaufsteams und entwickelst einen umfassenden Forecastingprozess, um die optimalen Bedarfszahlen abzuleiten. Diese Position kann entweder in unserem Hauptsitz oder im Home-Office innerhalb Deutschlands ausgeübt werden, wobei eine regelmäßige Präsenz im Büro nach Absprache erforderlich ist.

  • Führe unser Supply Chain Management Team und leite den zentralen Bereich für Sales & Operations Planning sowie den operativen Einkauf für die DACH-Region.
  • Gestalte den S&OP-Bereich neu, einschließlich der Entwicklung aller erforderlichen Prozesse und Abläufe.
  • Verantworte die operative Bedarfsplanung, die auf den Anforderungen der Verkaufs-, Marken- und Betriebsteams basiert, und kommuniziere diese Informationen an relevante Stakeholder, um die Bestandsoptimierung und Warenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.
  • Optimiere die Warenbezugskosten durch die Verbesserung der Lieferketten und Losgrößen.
  • Arbeite eng mit unseren Logistikpartnern, Speditionen und internen Teams zusammen, um die gesamte Supply Chain zu optimieren.

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung im Bereich S&OP und kannst deine Expertise in den weiteren Ausbau unseres Unternehmens einbringen.
  • Deine analytische Denkweise und dein sicherer Umgang mit Business Intelligence-Tools ermöglichen es dir, komplexe Themen zu verstehen und aufzubereiten.
  • Du überzeugst durch exzellentes Stakeholdermanagement und hast den Antrieb, Prozesse zu verbessern und messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Bringe Motivation, Ehrgeiz und Teamgeist mit, um bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
