**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Team Leader / Junior Manager in Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and minimizing store losses
- Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
- Lead a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Recruit and onboard new team members to ensure a smooth transition
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create an engaging store environment
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in the fashion and footwear industry
- Strong understanding of store operations and sales processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
