Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at global HQs of customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide training and support to locally responsible sales forces
  • Plan and manage budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Optimize the use of human resources to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Promote product developments and innovation in a growth-oriented way

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business & Engineering or equivalent expertise skills acquired in several years of practice
  • Experience in the mining industry, either selling into the industry or holding a Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering / Operations role in a mining company
  • Strong lateral leadership skills and ability to navigate matrix organizations
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Intercultural background or international work experience
  • Lateral team leading capability in a matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (30-40%)
