Technical Support Intern

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervising a fleet of autonomous robots in industrial settings through our online platform
  • Conducting and overseeing quality assessments with the robots at our testing facility
  • Addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring prompt responses
  • Managing incidents during robot operations and documenting them thoroughly
  • Remotely controlling and guiding the robots to resolve operational issues
  • Participating in various projects (e.g., reporting and documentation)
  • Facilitating communication internally and with clients through multiple channels
  • Creating incident reports and coordinating with the support team in real-time
  • Assisting with on-site office management, including test site oversight
  • Enjoying flexible working hours to meet customer support demands
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering / IT)
  • Enthusiastic about Robotics and eager to work in a startup environment
  • Ability to work independently with a reliable attitude
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Willingness to primarily work on-site from our office
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Chinese, French, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous
  • Familiarity with ROS, Linux, C++, and/or Python is beneficial
