Trust In SODA is collaborating with a prominent German E-commerce platform that has been at the forefront of lottery solutions for two decades, consistently evolving and expanding its influence across Europe. In the previous year, they remarkably contributed €286 million towards social initiatives and charitable causes, averaging over €1.4 million per employee.

We are currently seeking a Brand Media Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and enhancement of engaging media campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on television.

Position: Brand Media Manager

Compensation: €70,000-€80,000

Work Arrangement: Hamburg - 3 days in the office per quarter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive TV-Centric Campaigns: Formulate, implement, and refine comprehensive media strategies with a significant focus on television.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess campaign outcomes, delivering thorough KPI analyses.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster and sustain connections with media agencies, sales houses, and other collaborators.
  • Explore New Media Avenues: Identify and evaluate emerging media channels to broaden outreach and engage target demographics.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ensure that media content resonates with the brand's ethos and messaging in conjunction with the creative team.

Are you the right fit?

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in brand media management, particularly with a focus on television.
  • A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • In-depth understanding of the German media landscape and its trends, especially traditional media.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
