Head of Key Account Strategy

Event Inc is seeking a Head of Key Account Strategy to lead our dedicated team that assists our contractual clients in organizing their meetings, seminars, and events through our innovative SaaS platform. Beyond securing ideal venues, we also provide participant management and billing solutions. In this role, you will be tasked with guiding and nurturing our 8-member Key Account Team to ensure outstanding client support and sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Resource Management: Effectively planning and distributing resources within the team to maximize client support.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining consistent communication with key client representatives to foster long-lasting partnerships.
- Client Onboarding: Overseeing the integration process for new clients.
- Process Optimization: Identifying and executing improvements in operational processes.
- Team Development: Creating a supportive work atmosphere and encouraging team growth.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with other divisions such as Enterprise Sales, Product Development, and Finance.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
- Background in Key Account Management or Customer Success.
- Adept at navigating dynamic environments and skilled in change management.
- Ability to maintain composure and a solution-focused mindset under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with the events industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
